Up the Ladder, Down the Ladder
A juggling game, where the players attempt to individually juggle the ball from their feet up to their thighs, and to their head, then back down to their thighs and finally their feet.
This game is a good and challenging control (touch) developing exercise and works as a good filler between transitions. Players can attempt to go "UP the Ladder, Down the Ladder," while the coach is setting up for the next drill.

Variations: Limit the number of touches on each step of the ladder, or a predetermined number of touches on each step of the ladder. For the most talented players (jugglers), one touch per step of the ladder the first time up and down, two touches the second time up and down three touches the third time. Starting over with one touch each time the ball hits the ground or they take the wrong number of touches!
