Name Your Drills

Naming your drills saves transition time in practice.  After taking the time to teach the players about a particular drill, and the name of the drill, then the players will automatically know how to set up the drill and what is expected from them!  Each time you introduce a new drill to your players, clearly define the objective of the drill, and give the drill a memorable name.  During the drill, continuously ask the team what the objective of the drill is, and what the name of the drill is!
